The Lesotho Electricity and Water Authority (LEWA) will launch its fully revamped website on the 23rd November 2022 following a two-month-long re-design and re-development.
The new look and feel of the website speak to the Authority’s commitment to improving stakeholders’ experience.
The website was revamped to develop an interactive and user-friendly website that will attract and engage more prospects, generate more leads and improve the Authority’s brand image. The website will show the same content, however, represented in a new look, attractive and user-friendly manner.

The newly revamped website will suit the latest technological requirements and trends. The website will be responsive and interactive, thus improving the experience of computer and mobile device users, amongst others. The website will further enhance the Authority’s Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) on the internet.
The Consumer Affairs and Communication Department attended a training facilitated by Computer Business Solutions (CBS) for information and knowledge sharing on website management. This involved, amongst others, techniques to achieving a consistent user experience across channels, planning and delivering content updates.
