The Lesotho Electricity and Water Authority’s (LEWA) staff bade farewell to its former Manager-Technical Regulation Water, Ms. Khahiso Kanetsi at the Authority’s conference room on 30 June, 2023.

After six months of leading the Technical Regulation Water Department, Ms. Kanetsi left LEWA to take up on a new challenge else where.

Ms. Kay, as she was affectionately known by her colleagues, said she was grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such a dedicated and talented group of people who contributed to the regulation of urban water and sewerage services in the country. She strongly said as an engineer, she loved every bit of it. She went on to say that she was now looking forward to applying her knowledge and skills in a different context and learn from new experiences to become a qualified Professional Engineer.
